Can I order and pay on Tech Market yet?
Not yet: orders will open soon. You can already browse the catalogue, compare products and fill your basket. No money is taken.
Are the prices shown all-inclusive?
Yes. All prices are all-inclusive, in pounds sterling (£) by default or in euros (€). Jean Store Ltd is not registered for VAT: no VAT is added. Delivery is always free, so no postage is added either, as your basket shows before you confirm your order.
Can I pay in euros?
Yes. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) by default; the £ / € switcher at the top of the page shows every price in euros (€), and you then order in euros. Each product has a fixed price in each currency, with no day-to-day conversion. Your choice is remembered in your browser (see our Cookies page).
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and to mainland France (including Corsica), with the same free delivery and the same delivery times. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, French overseas territories, Monaco, Andorra or any other country. See our Delivery page.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery is always free, whatever the value of your order. Your order is dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and delivered 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, by tracked delivery: 4 to 8 working days in total. Items awaiting restock are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link where the carrier provides one. For any question, contact us with your order number.
