Where we deliver
We deliver to two countries:
- the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland;
- mainland France, including Corsica.
We do not deliver to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, French overseas departments and territories, Monaco, Andorra or any other country. Delivery is free and delivery times are the same for the United Kingdom and for France. The price shown is the price you pay us: we add no delivery charge, whichever country we deliver to.
Delivery options and times (free delivery)
Delivery is free on every order, whatever the amount, the destination country, the delivery option and the currency (pounds sterling or euros): you are never charged for postage. The tracking link is in your dispatch email.
| Delivery option | Dispatch | Delivery | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tracked standard home delivery | within 1 to 3 working days | 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, 4 to 8 working days in total | Free |
Times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays); your order is dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of being confirmed. We do not offer express delivery. Delivery is free with no minimum spend: your basket and the order summary before you confirm show delivery at £0 (€0 if you pay in euros).
Items awaiting restock
When a product page says an item is awaiting restock, it is dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. If your order contains both in-stock items and items awaiting restock, the longer time applies unless we tell you otherwise when you order.
Latest delivery date
We tell you the delivery date or period before you confirm your order. If no time is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made (Consumer Rights Act 2015, section 28). If we fail to deliver on time, you can give us a further reasonable period to deliver and, if we still do not, end the contract and get a full refund. Details are in our terms and conditions of sale.
Tracking and receiving your parcel
When your order is dispatched, we email you with a tracking link where the carrier provides one. The goods remain at our risk until you, or someone you have nominated, take physical possession of them (Consumer Rights Act 2015, section 29).
When the parcel arrives, check its condition in front of the courier if you can. If the parcel is damaged, opened or incomplete, note it on the delivery slip and let us know quickly. What to do is explained on our Returns and cancellation rights page.
